Johannes is a seasoned capital markets expert with over 30 years of experience spanning equity research, investment banking, and executive leadership across the Nordics and London. He combines deep expertise in valuation, investment cases, and capital markets transactions with hands-on experience as a CEO, board member, and active startup investor.

Johannes is a Senior Advisor at Miltton, a Nordic-born strategic communications consultancy focused on complex stakeholder environments.

Tony Nysten is an investor at OpenOcean, a Finnish venture capital firm with a long-standing presence in the UK. Based in London, he focuses on early-stage investing and works closely with founders across the European tech ecosystems.
