- Bjarne Schieldrop, Chief Commodities Analyst at SEB

With 25+ years in commodities markets, Bjarne leads SEB’s analysis and modelling efforts, advising on energy, metals, and global trade dynamics - providing rare insight into how macro forces shape work and leadership.

- Victor Brunslev, Client Manager at MAERSK Logistics UK LTD

Danish born and expat since 2005, growing up in China and Netherlands before moving to UK for University. Started in freight forwarding 2017, after a 5 year career in SCM moved over to work for carrier Maersk in the commercial function. Roles at Maersk include: Senior Customer Success Partner and Client Managers.

- Christian Pau, Vice President and General Manager at LEGO UK & Ireland

His previous positions include Vice President of Strategy and Transformation in Denmark and Senior Sales Director of LEGO GmbH for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, having been with the LEGO Group for 13 years. Christian encompasses the values and mission of the LEGO Group, where play is an essential tool for children to learn and develop key skills. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group in numerous roles. He is married with four children and enjoys outdoor sports and travelling in his spare time.

Julia Essay-Bennett, Head of ESG at Manpower

Julia leads Manpower UK’s ESG strategy. Rooted in ManpowerGroup’s commitment to “doing well by doing good, Julia drives initiatives that embed sustainability and inclusivity into the workplace. With over 18 years’ experience in workforce solutions, she is passionate about helping young professionals thrive in a changing world of work, ensuring the next generation benefits from ethical, future-fit practices that create long-term value.

- Els Baert, Director Customer Experience at Nokia

Els Baert is a seasoned technology leader with a master’s degree in engineering and a sharp eye for turning complex technology into real business value. She started in R&D and moved through product management, marketing, and sales - building a rare blend of technical and commercial skills.

She’s worked in Belgium, Australia, and the UK, holding key roles at NetComm, Ericsson, and Nokia, where she currently leads a team focused on impact and results for the UK & Ireland market. A challenger by nature, no task is too big, and no fluff gets in the way. She’s also a strong advocate for women in technology and passionate about empowering the next generation. Els brings clarity, conviction, and a global mindset to every stage she steps on.
