Trump 2.0: Expected Impacts on U.S. Trade Policy

The Trump Administration has announced a re-orientation of U.S. trade policy under what it calls an “America First” doctrine. What does this mean and how can businesses plan for it? This webinar will provide an initial look at what we know about the Trump Administration’s trade policy, what to expect next, and how businesses can review their supply chains for potential mitigation strategies. The webinar will address in particular non-U.S. companies whose businesses depend on market access in the United States, or who have operations in the United States that depend on imports. The webinar will feature two Dorsey & Whitney attorneys who specialize in helping corporate clients navigate U.S. customs and international trade regulation, including tariff enforcement by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and advocacy before U.S. federal courts and other components of the U.S. Government that administer trade laws.
