NBIM plans to increase its real estate share to between 3.5% and 7% of the fund's value by the end of 2028, while also expanding its investment in renewable energy infrastructure and supporting companies to transition to net-zero emissions by 2050. The strategy also includes a commitment to sustainable finance and a focus on sectors critical to the global sustainability transition, such as real estate, renewable energy, and logistics.
