Ed Young, Global Head of Corporate Access & Research and 
Head of the London Office at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM)



The topic for the event is:


AI, Technology and the Future of Investment Management

Ed Young will discuss NBIM's Strategy 28 and how artificial intelligence and technology are reshaping portfolio management, corporate access and research operations at one of the world's largest investors. The presentation will cover practical applications of AI across investment functions, the fund's approach to technology investment, and how NBIM is evolving its people and real estate strategies to support long-term growth.

Ed  joined NBIM in July 2017 after 10 years on the sell-side in Equity Capital Markets and Advisory roles at both Barclays and RBS. Ed has a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages from the University of Bristol.
