Wine discovery event at Gusbourne

Join us for a day to remember at the Gusbourne Estate in Ashford, Kent, where we’ll enjoy a tour of their vineyard, high-quality wine to taste, and a delicious lunch. All of this in a beautiful setting in the Kent countryside. 

NBCC’s ‘discovery excursion’ offers a perfect opportunity for an office outing, a day with clients or a teambuilding event, and we hope you will take advantage of the beautiful venue and the best of British Autumn.

Programme 

11:00 - On arrival at Gusbourne Estate we will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine

11:30 - Exclusive vineyard tour. During the tour, we will explain the ways in which we grow the fruit on our estate, the history and geology of the land, and of course take in the stunning views, with a canapé and wine pairing at Boot Hill Deck

12:55 – Arrive at The Hide and enjoy a tutored tasting of three wines with one of our ambassadors.

13:15 – Experience a three-course menu with locally sourced ingredients, paired with our award-winning wines

15:00 – Winery experience from our viewing platform. Here your guests will learn the final stages of the journey from field to glass, going through the traditional method of sparkling wine production.

15:30 – Guests depart

If travelling by train, you will need to leave St. Pancras by 10:40. You will need to  arrange transportation to and from Ashford International and Gusbourne estate. The taxis may depart at 11:20 and 15:30 respectively, getting the 16:16 return. 

The final price, £70.83 + VAT per person, includes the private tour at the estate, canapés wine tasting and three-course lunch. 

There is an additional charge for the taxi fares.
